Horue offers fast and reliable delivery for all its products. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
We ship our products throughout France as well as internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

. For delivery:

In France, estimated delivery varies from 1 to 5 working days.
In Europe, estimated delivery varies from 3 to 15 working days.
outside the European Union, with customs clearance, the estimated delivery time varies from 3 days to 30 days. Customs clearance time is specific to each destination. GWD cannot provide information on customs clearance and cannot be held responsible for costs incurred during export.

We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery or loss of packages caused by a third party to the transport contract, by your actions or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of force majeure.

In case of late delivery, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and can take up to 40 working days. During this period, no refund or return can be made.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Horue. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
